Start the conversation with pages people read

Demonstration data for a single client site. A simplified content example of selected page reports, not a screenshot of the delivered email. No email address is needed to view it.

Client site: example.com
Frequency: weekly, last seven days
Example period: October 19–25
Recipients: the approved client contact and account manager

Your follow-up: review the service page's next step together. Contact-page views show interest, not completed inquiries. Add a tested inquiry goal if that is the client's question.

These are pageviews, not unique people. Compare equal reporting periods and keep consent, exclusions and tracking coverage in mind. Your interpretation belongs alongside the report; it is not an automatically generated recommendation.

Set up one client site, then verify the delivery

Free offers a one-time weekly sample to yourself. Pro adds recurring schedules, report selection and chosen recipients.

  1. Choose the question

Open SlimStat → Email Report on the client site. Select only the reports the client needs. Keep visitor-level details and unrelated store data out of a general audience report.

  2. Set the scope and schedule

Confirm recipients and choose daily, weekly or monthly. Monthly covers the last 31 days, rather than a calendar month. CSV attachments are optional.

  3. Send a test

Save, send a test email and check the recipient inbox. Then confirm the first scheduled delivery. WordPress cron and the site's mail setup must both work.

Site licenses and shared reports are different

Independent WordPress installations
A Pro license covers the number of sites in your plan. Configure reporting and recipients separately on each installation.
WordPress Multisite
Pro Network View supports reporting within a WordPress Multisite network, with the required network permissions.
A hosted cross-site dashboard
The multi-site license does not combine unrelated installations into a hosted dashboard. This workflow also does not include reusable template transfer or a promised white-label report service.

Use the same Pro features on each licensed site

Choose one, five or unlimited sites from the current plans. No separate agency package is needed.

Existing customers can manage licenses in their account. For suitable referrals, explore the existing affiliate program.

Can clients receive reports without logging in?

Yes. Selected recipients receive the email. Check what you are sharing before adding an address, and send a test first. To stop the schedule, set Frequency to Off and save.
