How can I sign up for the SlimStat Affiliate Program?
To join our program, simply complete the online registration form. After submitting the form, we will review your application and notify you upon approval.
What requirements must I meet to become an affiliate?
We welcome affiliates who are passionate about WordPress and analytics. No specific technical skills are required, but familiarity with WordPress and online marketing can be beneficial.
What is the commission rate for affiliates?
Our affiliates earn 30% of each first sale made through their referral links. Commission is worked out on the price the customer pays after any discount and before tax.
How often will I receive my affiliate payments?
Payouts are made once a month, by hand, by bank transfer. A commission becomes payable 30 days after its sale, once the 14-day money-back window has passed. When your payable balance reaches $50 it goes out in the next payout. A smaller balance carries over to the next month.
Do I receive a commission for my own purchases?
No. You do not earn commission on your own purchases, or on purchases made by an account that belongs to you or your company.
How do I track my referrals and commissions?
You will have access to a personal affiliate dashboard where you can track your referrals, commissions, and performance metrics in real-time.
What if a customer I referred makes a purchase after the cookie expires?
The cookie lasts 30 days from the click. A purchase made after that cannot be attributed to your account.
Is there support available for affiliates?
Yes. Our team supports affiliates by email. You can contact us for help with your affiliate account.
Are there any restrictions on how I can promote SlimStat?
While we encourage creativity, all promotional methods must comply with our affiliate terms and conditions, which prohibit spam and other unethical marketing practices.
What happens if a customer I referred is refunded?
The commission on that sale is cancelled. This is why a commission is paid 30 days after its sale, after our 14-day money-back window. If a refund comes after a payout, we may take that amount from your next payout.
