The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice, and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to VeronaLabs. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of the provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Estonia. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization, and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Other than the content you own, under these Terms, VeronaLabs and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this Website. You are granted a limited license only for purposes of viewing the material contained on this Website.

3. User Responsibilities

You are specifically restricted from all of the following:

  • Publishing any Website material in any other media, including the redistribution of the Pro add-on, without prior written consent from VeronaLabs;
  • Selling, sublicensing and/or otherwise commercializing any Website material, including the Pro add-on, beyond the scope of the license granted to you;
  • Using the free, open-source version of WP Slimstat or the Pro add-on in any way that infringes on the intellectual property rights of VeronaLabs or any third party;
  • Sharing your Pro add-on license key or allowing others to use it for their website(s);
  • Modifying, translating, adapting, or otherwise creating derivative works or improvements, whether or not patentable, of the Pro add-on without prior written consent from VeronaLabs;
  • Reverse engineering, disassembling, decompiling, decoding, or otherwise attempting to derive or gain access to the source code of the Pro add-on, except to the extent the foregoing restrictions are expressly prohibited by applicable law;
  • Using WP Slimstat, both the free version and the Pro add-on, in any way that is or may be damaging to this Website or that impacts user access to this Website;
  • Using WP Slimstat, both the free version and the Pro add-on, in any way that is contrary to applicable laws and regulations, or in any way may cause harm to the Website, or to any person or business entity;
  • Engaging in any data mining, data harvesting, data extracting or any other similar activity in relation to this Website, or while using this Website;
  • Using this Website to engage in any advertising or marketing without VeronaLabs’ prior written consent.

The Pro add-on is licensed to you on a subscription basis. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Pro add-on according to the terms of the subscription purchased.

Certain areas of this Website are restricted from being accessed by you, and VeronaLabs may further restrict access by you to any areas of this Website, at any time, in absolute discretion. Any user ID and password you may have for this Website are confidential and you must maintain confidentiality as well.

Please be aware that the free, open-source version of WP Slimstat is distributed under the GNU General Public License as published by the Free Software Foundation, version 2 of the License, or (at your option) any later version.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Estonia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Estonia for the resolution of any disputes.
