Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization, and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Other than the content you own, under these Terms, VeronaLabs and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this Website. You are granted a limited license only for purposes of viewing the material contained on this Website.
3. User Responsibilities

- Publishing any Website material in any other media, including the redistribution of the Pro add-on, without prior written consent from VeronaLabs;

- Using the free, open-source version of WP Slimstat or the Pro add-on in any way that infringes on the intellectual property rights of VeronaLabs or any third party;
- Sharing your Pro add-on license key or allowing others to use it for their website(s);
- Modifying, translating, adapting, or otherwise creating derivative works or improvements, whether or not patentable, of the Pro add-on without prior written consent from VeronaLabs;
- Reverse engineering, disassembling, decompiling, decoding, or otherwise attempting to derive or gain access to the source code of the Pro add-on, except to the extent the foregoing restrictions are expressly prohibited by applicable law;
- Using WP Slimstat, both the free version and the Pro add-on, in any way that is or may be damaging to this Website or that impacts user access to this Website;
- Using WP Slimstat, both the free version and the Pro add-on, in any way that is contrary to applicable laws and regulations, or in any way may cause harm to the Website, or to any person or business entity;
- Engaging in any data mining, data harvesting, data extracting or any other similar activity in relation to this Website, or while using this Website;
- Using this Website to engage in any advertising or marketing without VeronaLabs’ prior written consent.
The Pro add-on is licensed to you on a subscription basis. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Pro add-on according to the terms of the subscription purchased.
Certain areas of this Website are restricted from being accessed by you, and VeronaLabs may further restrict access by you to any areas of this Website, at any time, in absolute discretion. Any user ID and password you may have for this Website are confidential and you must maintain confidentiality as well.
